We take the protection of your personal data very seriously and will adhere strictly to the relevant applicable legal regulations under the German Data Protection Act, in particular, the regulations laid down in the German Data Protection Act and the German Telemedia Act. We would like to give you an overview in the following statement by outlining the method by which we guarantee the protection of your personal data and a description of what type of data is collected for what purpose.


Anonymous data or (if appropriate) personal data is collected during visits to our Internet websites. Personal data is exclusively data that you have provided to us voluntarily when registering for the online tool. Personal data include an email address and password.

Anonymous data collection

The web server will collect general information whenever an Internet website is accessed, for example, the type of web browser, the operating system used, the screen name of the Internet service provider, the IP address of the computer used, the Internet website from which you have accessed our company website, the individual pages accessed on our website and the date and duration of your visit to our website. This is, however, only anonymous information that will not permit any conclusions regarding your identity as an individual. Such data will exclusively be utilized for statistical purposes in anonymized form.

Personal Data

Personal data will be collected when data is transmitted in a pre-defined entry window at registration for the E-Tool, namely and e-mail-address and password. You will not be contacted via the provided e-mail address and it is up to you whether you wish to provide your personal e-mail, a general e-mail or a made-up e-mail address. Personal data collected by us will only be used (without your prior consent) for gaining information on how many individual users utilize the E-Tool and on which pages they remain. 


Cookies are used at several positions on our Internet websites, in order to increase the user-friendliness, effectiveness and security of our offer. Cookies are small text files that will be filed on your computer and stored by your Internet browser. We exclusively use "session cookies", which will be deleted automatically after you have finished visiting our Internet websites. Cookies will not cause damage to your computer and they will not include any viruses. You may, of course, also view our Internet websites without cookies. You can de-activate the corresponding option in the system settings of your Internet browser on your computer. If you do not accept cookies, this may result in restrictions to the functions available when visiting our company websites.

Cancellation of data storage

You may at any time lodge an objection to the storage of your anonymously collected visitor data, so that these will no longer be collected in future.


This website uses Piwik, an open-source software for the statistical evaluation of user access. Piwik uses cookies, text files that are stored on the users’ computers and enable analysis of the website’s use by users. The information about the use of this website that is generated by the cookie is stored on the provider’s server in Germany. The IP address is anonymised immediately after processing and before its storage. Users can prevent the installation of cookies by making appropriate browser settings (see note on cookies). However, the provider would like to point out to users that they may not be able to make full use of all website functions in this case.
